DAS UK Group, the UK’s leading specialist legal expenses insurer, has broadened its partnership with specialist global insurer Hiscox to provide a bespoke home emergency product for Hiscox’s home insurance customers.
DAS UK already provides Hiscox with a legal expenses insurance product for its home and business insurance products. The company will now also provide Hiscox policyholders with home emergency cover for issues such as burst pipes, drains, mains supply, infestations, roof damage and heating failure, with ‘on the ground’ maintenance support provided by DAS UK’s home emergency partner CET.
This new partnership is yet another example of the effectiveness of our core strategy which is to grow our business through long term sustainable partnerships.

The new Home Emergency offering utilises CET’s ground-breaking SIMPLIFI platform, enabling customers who make a claim to register, manage and track the progress of the claim online in real time.
We can now offer a product which not only supports our customers in their hour of need with a skilled tradesperson, but also utilises technology to give customers the option to engage with us digitally.
